I am curious about safe boost levels with my mods.

BNR Stage 2 Turbos

1300cc Injectors
Nipp. Fuel pump
Ultimate Radiator
M2 Intake
PFC (Tuned by SR)

SR Set my boost at 1 Bar but when I reach around 5500 RPM I seem to lose power. Do I need to have someone else dyno tune the car? Should I buy a boost controller?

I also just bought a Blitz BOV .. does this need to be adjusted? The only options I have to set the BOV are Hard and Soft controlled by a nut. Any help would be great.
