Question Safe?

Right now have a Apexi intake and a catback exhaust installed. Is this bolt on mod safe to run with the stock Ecu? I am also thinking about getting a downpipe soon.
What is the most i can do with out hurting my Fd?

You would be fine with that set up. Even adding a larger intercooler would be ok. Keep the boost to 10-12 psi max. Do not add a mid pipe without adding some more fuel. Generally there is a three mod rule. Intake/downpipe/catback. Or intercooler. Just keep your boost under 12psi and you should be fine.

Before you add a downpipe, make sure you've got a boost gauge. Staying close to 10psi will keep you well within safety limits.

ya, staying close to 10psi *should* keep you safe, but you gotta remember that when you open up the intake and exhaust on any motor, you increase it's pumping efficiency (i think that's what causes this) and you get more air volume into your engine, so stock manifold pressure isn't the same AMOUNT of air that you get with these simple mods. before you invest in a midpipe or a large intercooler, get a stand-alone. i'm a huge NEWB (don't even own a 7 yet) but i've been a forum member since last spring, and i read almost every new post, plus the NEWB posts over and over again to know what exactly i'll be getting into when i buy one.

For the mid-pipe, yes, for the IC, no. Again, you can run all the bolt-ons up to 10 PSI max no problem. You can keep boost @ 10 PSI w/ a boost controller. Anything more than that then it's recommended you go w/ an aftermarket EMS.
