GOOD NEWS!!! my dad just bought a toyota sequoia so i can use his f150 as a daily driver... IM KEEPING THE FD!!.... one of the reasons my parents wanted me to sell my car is because its my 1st car and honestly its not the most reliable car but im willing to work hard to be able to keep my fd in good condition. i got 2 ?s: do the apex seals always go out around 100,000 miles. if so how can u prevent it or is there a way 2 prevent it?

Reliability mods and never let it overheat. The rest all depends on how you push it all the time.

yup...and how far from stock you take it. If you don't upgrade anything but the radiator, and do the fan mod and the other reliability things it will last for a good long time. The more you start to tinker with things and the further from stock specs you get, the more strain is put on stock parts engineered to work at stock specs, which will lead to a shortened lifespan of the engine.
