S-AFC, Pettit ecu and bigger injectors. Would it work?

I've searched, but couldn't come up with anything helpful. Right now I have intake, dp, mp, cb, pettit unlimited ecu. I will eventually get an intercooler and ported engine(maybe nonsequential) as well. Here's the deal: my airpump is pissing me off. I want to get rid of it, but I know that the idle fuel mixture needs to be leaned out. I have a friend that will sell me his AFC for cheap, and that would take care of the airpump. But with all the mods I have/plan I don't want to run lean and the pettit already has the injectors maxed out. I have access to a wideband, so I could tune it properly. Can the S-AFC in conjunction with the Pettit ecu handle bigger injectors? I know the PFC would be better, but if I don't need to spend that money, then I'd rather not, even if it's a little more complicated. Thanks a lot.
