Smile rx8 owner,possible a new RX7 owner soon

hi everybody. I am a rx8 owner and possibly buying a rx7 very very soon. I just want to say hi to everybody on this site first

I am looking to buy a 3rd gen rx7 , do you guys know which year is the best between 93-99? I love rotary powered cars eventhrough I do not really know too much about rotary engine....but I am learning more and more from RX8club and I am sure that I will find useful information here on this site since a lot of you guys out there are like pros.

well, first I'd like to know is there any major difference between the JDM rx7 and the american version RX7? which one is better? like I said, I do not know much about rotary engine, what should I be aware of when I test drive the car? Anything I should check or just have the car checked by the professionals would be much simple? 3 years ago I got my first BMW,a used one as my first car, I 've had enough problem with the engine and I have spent a lot of money to repair it,It was a very bad experience and after this terrible nightmare I do not touch pre-owned car anymore but the rx7 got my finger itchy again.

so please give me some advices! I am really happy to join the rx7 family!thanX

In Canada youll have 93-95 production date cars.

And the RHD ones are all 92 right now. Difference is wheel is on other side . and most of the RHD ones I saw in MTL were pretty beaten up and not worth the $ 17000 they are asking.

I did see a few 3 rotor cosmos on the lots , that was sexy ! .

okey back to your question.

NO main differences, just if your buying RHD make sure you get a nice good one.
