Rx7 fuel problem ( too Rich& too Lean)

so ive had my rx7 for about 2 years now, about 2 months before winter I started experiencing a problem. my car began to run rich while driving, I assumed it was because of the colder temperatures, however I started noticing over time that temperature was not the problem. After storage I took it to my friend that had look at my rx7. When I am driving normally the car runs very rich but when I am in boost apparently it is running very lean. my buddy said the relay was over heating not sending enough fuel. I bought a new relay but I believe the fuel leak is also a cause of the problem, occasionally there is a smell of fresh gas telling me there is a leak somewhere. If anyone has ever experienced something like this is there anyway of finding the leak or to stop the too rick too lean problem.

So my problems are
-Runs too rich when driving normal
-Fuel pressure does not hold when in boost
-Too lean when in boost
-Smell of fresh fuel
-Relay capable of holding more amp's but no socket that can fit it because of bigger terminals

if anyone could help it would be appreciated

I'd start with simple things,
But first off.. Stop driving until this gets fixed. Running lean while in boost sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

Change your fuel filter, make sure your injectors aren't stuck open or clogged (you can usually take them somewhere to have them tested)

What mods do you have? That's sort of important here as well
