NY Rx7 FD strange idle and oil leak

Hey guys just a quick back story. I was having an oil leak both on drivers side and on the passenger side. I fixed the passenger side oil leak which was due to a worn turbo return line (it's a single turbo setup) and changed the o-rings for the filter pedestal. In the process I did degrease the side of the driver side engine and once I tapped off the electrics and the spark plugs lightly washed it off. It was running fine, but now I have good amount of oil leaking from the driver side engine (I put in a little more thicker orings, maybe that's the case?) but my idle is not acting out. It doesn't surge that much but it seems it has a pattern to it (I've attached a video) the car still runs strong and no loss of power when under load. One is, what can the oil leak be from, and two what is up with this idle? I don't think it is the apex seals, but then who knows. I should do a compression test just to make sure. Can something be up with the fuel injection wire connectors if they have gotten wet by accident?

Is your oil pressure guage operable ? Is the oil leak coming from back of engine or front area of engine? Is oil pan soaked with oil?

Pressure gauge is not operable, the leak is coming from driver side closer to the rear. No oil on the pan, oil pan brace has been installed.

Rear driver's side could be oil cooler return line or oil pressure sensor

I'm going to clean her up and recheck. It doesn't leak while at idle, only under load.

*Just a small update: cleaned her up, put some uv dye in it and took it for a ride. Right away found the leak. It is not the oil filter pedestal, that is clean. It looks like it's either 2 things; the oil filler neck or the oil sending sensor. Going to remove some things and keep checking. On a side note, the uv dye and uv light is perfect for finding the oil and coolant leaks. Checked my whole motor and no other leaks except the one I specified on the drivers side. It's not a lot but enough to leave a small puddle on the floor. I also have a feeling that the idle that is acting up is due to one of the electronic connectors or wires getting soaked. Will have to also go over every single one and blast it with some compressed air.

The picture shows the oil with the dye under uv light shows up lime green.

as for the idle, compression check for sure.

Did the compression - 70 on front and 90 on rear. But it isles fine, never dies, and always starts up no problem hot or cold. Plus the engine is street ported.

Isn't 90 the minimum ? Compression is low.
