You need to get your *** in gear in my opinion. Every day that goes by gives that truck driver time to hide evidence if it is on the truck. call a lawyer or your Insurance company and tell them you can't get information from the PD. If you know it was his fault don't be timid, otherwhys your *** will get handed to you later when you try to file legal action.
