Update so I re plumbed all the hoses thanks to a lot of help from the rx7 community. This is what I did. Hose from turbo to two a t fitting /port 1 on bc/ hose from that t to side mount of first wastegate. Hose from side mount of wastegate enters side mount of second wastegate. Hose from port 3 bc/ to a split fittings which two hoses exit. One hose to the top of 1st wastegate and one to the top of wastegate two. It's seems to work a lot better but I have yet to have the ***** to do a wot. Please chime in if This sounds right.

Update!!! Finally ran wastegates without b.c. The car held boost through all the gears at 11psi with no problem. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the b.c or if it is just not set up correctly. I do know that it is not the wastegates. With the b.c I am setup for 15psi

i don't have any experience with that one then, but you should be looking at gear judge settings as well as any RPM based duty cycle mapping.
as well, verify your boost gauge is reading the same as your boost controller. or at least very close to it.

Yes it is a little complicated but I assume they where used vs vacuum lines to keep them from popping off and for durability in the heat. It took me a while to understand how it went but I see where and how it works. Next I am going to route it to the b.c with the b.c turned off.
