Rx-7 won't start
Hello guys I'm stumped, a few weeks ago I started up my rx-7 then I let it run for a min or two then I drove it down the drive way and turn it off, later that night
i went to crank it back up to put it in the garage and it would not start the next day I checked the spark plugs and the were black and covered with gas so next I took out a spark plug and a friend turn the igniton to see if I could get a spark and I did get a spark we tried to do a rolling start by popping the that didin't work either so what advice do guys have? oh yea and fuel pump still comes on when I try to start but engine keeps turning over with no start up.

You flooded your car. You are supposed to let the car warm up some before you shut it off. Try taking the spark plugs out, all of them. Then pull the egi fuse, fuse for the coils and turn the car over to get the fuel out of the engine. When you un-flood the car it should start. I would also get new plugs as well, at leas clean the fuel soaked ones.

Yeah you flooded the car. I had this happen to me last winter as well. I took the car out for a drive, then parked it in the garage. Next day went to start her up and it turned out the battery was shot, so didn't have enough cranking amps, which in turn resulted in the car getting flooded.
Just search on the forum for the de-flooding procedure. Make sure your battery is fully charged as well prior to doing the de-flooding procedure.
