Exclamation Runs...then Wont Start!?!?!?!?!?!?!

just yesterday i took my car (that i recently fixed) for a ride. it pulled like a stock 4 cylinder civic. i could hear the turbos spool at least one of them that is, not for sure if both were. anyways, after that i took it back to my dads shop and shut it off.......let me just say that same day i did a trany flush, brake flush, and redid the oil. i have also done new spark plugs and a some fresh gas. but when i went to restart it it just cranked and cranked, sounded like it was gonna start then got deeper, like it was flooding. my oil pressure, coolant, and temp. were good, but when i went to start it after it warmed up it wouldn't start.

P.S. its ben sitting since about 2000, and it has about 114,327 miles on it.

Sounds flooded.

The lack of power could be related to boost level, so put a boost gauge on it.

Hmmm, maybe it's an electrical problem, do you have any sort of aftermarket fuel computer? I know that I used to have the same problem when my alternator was going bad because my PFC wouldn't get enough power and couldn't control the car's boost or pretty much anything at all well, I would get hardly any boost and the idle would bounce at 1100 to 1400 and not calm down. Also my pull was really slow but then I would get random boost spikes and was pretty risky because I may have been running too lean. I don't know if you have this problem but I wouldn't be driving it unless you know for sure you're safe from detonation.
