Runs great cold; Chokes at vacuum 0+ when warmed up??

Just installed all of the normal reliability mods and have this problem. Car ran fine prior to Mod install....except ongoing idle hunt.

Car chokes when warm (usually 5 minutes after cold start). Have to push very slowly on pedal to get it home otherwise it stalls and backfires....??? HELP
