Running Rough - Need help

Need some advice on this one
I drove the car to lunch today (5 miles) and parked it. The car was running fine and was warm when I turned it off. When I got back in it from lunch, the car started right up, but was running real rough. Almost like it's only running on one rotor. I limped back to work thinking that it would fix itself, but it didn't...
I have the stock ECU, and it isn't showing any errors.
The car does make some boost, so I don't think it's an intake issue.
I don't smell excess gas out the tail pipe.

Could a plug have fouled? Could it be a dead coil (would that show up in an error code?)
The car still isn't cool enough to open the rad cap to see if there are bubbles, but I'm not smoking out the tail pipe and the oil still looks good.
Should I drive it home or get it towed?

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Towed because you don't know what the problem is. If you drive it home and it is a serious problem, then you'll regret later.

I was afraid I was going to get that.
But I agree, expensive upfront, but cheaper on parts
