Running problems
Hi, I have a 1992 FD import which is standard. I started it the other day and it was running quite rough and putting out dark smoke from the exhaust. The car had ran out of petrol before i started it so this happened after filling it up with a petrol can. I think the fuel filter might be bloacked and i've cleaned the dirty spark plugs up but there was no change.
Also, my friend said the very centre of the backbox was glowing red when he passed me in his car. Is this normal?

Can anybody please tell me where to locate the fuel filter and pressure sensor before i go searching?
Does anynody know where to look for manuals for the FD online?
