Loose inner fender interfering with the tire? They are just held on with plastic fasteners that can come loose.

It is common for the stock suspension to allow the tires to rub the fender wells under hard cornering especially if you hit a mild dip at the same time.
However, I don't think it should be rubbing when you turn the wheel all the way. You might want to check your bushing, ball joints and such. Or like was metioned above maybe some plastic piece is loose and hanging out farther than it should into the fender well.

I know after my accident, where the car bottomed out pretty good, The shocks went bad/broke and let the suspension dip enough where the car would bottom out in the fender well under even mild corning. It actually chewed a little hole in the lining. and messed up my security seeing that the hole was in the driver side front wheel well.
Your shocks may be going bad and letting the car roll over onto the wheel. I mean the suspension is at best 10 years old. I wouldn't doubt that 10 years of beating would make one go bad. Just someting to check.
