rotational wheel weight for lower ET's?
Hey you Drag racers out there!
I have a set of 235/40/17 on the front now. I think they probally weight about 42 pds. I also have a set of
16" lightweight wheels for the fronts they weigh about 14 pds without tire. Should I get some tires to fit them on the front for Drag racing? With tire I imagine it would weigh in about 30- 32pds. Hence shaving 10 pds on each side of the Fronts.
How many tenth's will the lighter weight save on my ET's? And how will it affect my MPH?
I will be running MT's ET's on the rear this weekend too.
