Just remembered, the only fitment issue was that my current strut tower bar didn't clear the new secondary turbo intake pipe, but considering that the kit wasn't built on my car everything else went together great.
I designed the kit to clear the R1 factory strut tower bar so you can at least use that. You can twist the intake pipe around and adjust it back for more clearance. maybe you just need to push the hard pipe back more.

On my site you can see it clears with the stock R1 bar.

Thanks for your feed back.

Yeah, but it's hard because of the price.

Spend $3k on the FD to make it a little better, or spend $3k into the GTR and get 500-550whp?

Ah, well dual projects is a different story. I have had a few of those at different times. I come to the realization that I could have two "good" cars, or build one to its full potential in looks, power, and precision. Ultimately, I chose the FD. I was tired of splitting time and funds between two cars. With work, and family it was just too much. Every FD owner has probably a 2 page list of things they would like to do. I eliminated other hobbies and "likes" for what was truly important to me. The FD has and always will be "the one". In the end, I found the sacrifice more than worth it. It wasn't much of a sacrifice really.

For your situation, it's weighing the options I guess. Either way, you can't go wrong with Rotary Extreme!!

Thanks XLR8 for the kind words.

This kit also will receive the new angle for my vm kits and a little less silicone.

6 month wait, well Im actually considering closing until all work is finished that's back logged. Even all the little orders takes time away from vm building.

Its a lot for 1 guy doing this as a part time business.

Well if you ever finish your backlog. Let me know. I skimped on a few body parts to accommodate this setup. Still might end up placing the order (eventually).

I have to finish my backlog, Ive already tarnished my name by taking on more then I can chew at one time....

I think no new orders will be taken until 2014, that's how much work I have.... Hand to forehead.

I know we talked about some type of pricing but if you really wait that long you know I will give you some type of break. But I'll finish my work first.

Atleast Im honest about my situation....

I hate when I don't know whats going on with my stuff, Id rather know that the guy has his head in his *** and get back to me then to not know nothing at all...lol

I called Ben earlier this afternoon, weird this thread this got bumped today.

Start with the radiator and radiator brackets. The angle of your radiator is wrong, are you missing the rack (for lack of a better term; two o'clock in your first picture with the two bolts)? The top of the radiator bolts to a bracket on that rack. The bottom of the radiator mounts to the tow hook brackets. Not sure about A/C installation. Intercooler is pretty straight forward off the elbow and y-pipe, with a bracket bolting next to the hood latch.

You may be missing a few brackets. Contact the seller and ask for pictures of his kit installed and confirm that you have everything you need.

You can check out this thread for some pics of my installation.

That looks like a Rotary Extreme kit. Ben from RE is really helpful and knows these kits inside and out, shoot him a PM.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions as you try to piece it together. Good luck!

Sorry I missed your call Zumspeedrx7,

This is an older kit before I took over, there are different instructions and it does not have everything the new kit has.

p00shy... I'll send you a PM, email me and I'll send you the instructions for your kit.

Ben

The divider's on my list. The current set up still spools pretty damn quick - I love my twins!

Please shoot me a PM with the details on what you recommend for that. I'll see if I can have it done locally.

I'm also looking to order a dual oil cooler kit soon. I was wondering if we could do some custom options.

Happy birthday bud!
