"room" fuse cct problems
"room" fuse cct problems
hi guys
seem to have a problem somewhere in the "room" light fuse that sometimes drains the battery if car left for a long time
i think it has something to do with the 30sec timer that turns on the light above the ignition key on the steering column. again i think it sometimes doesn't time out and that little light shines until the battery goes flat, (it always goes out if i sit in the car after shutdown and wait for 30sec before getting out of the car but it's getting kind of tedious doing that everytime...)
anyone had that before?, where is that little timer box?
i think it is also connected to the strange faint beeeeeeeep noise that sometimes happens when i start the car, if i pull the "room" fuse, that seems to control the door lights, it away but should never be there in the 1st place

next thing to do will be to go through the pdf electrical diagram and trace the cct but thought i'd ask 1st
