I Need BOV help!!!
I want to be able to ask this question without everybody thinking I'm an ***, here goes... I'm in the process of installing Greddy pulleys and removing the air pump. I'm already finished with all that. But for the last two days, my BOV's have been sticking, mainly open. I'm normally capable of max 13 lbs of boost, but lately I've only been around 6lbs (it's that bad!) Anyway, my question is - Where is the stock BOV(s) located? I've looked at the forums a lot about fixing the problem, I just need to find the damn things. Please help me!!
The BOV (ABV/air bypass valve) is connected to a 1" hose that is connected to the y-pipe just under where the intercooler pipe coupler is. The CRV (charge relief valve) is the one connected to the 1" hose that connects to the back of the y-pipe where it starts to turn down toward the second turbo.
