Question With the right rebuild setup, possible for long life?

I was wondering since the coolant seals and the apex seals seem to be the achilies heal for the rotary engine, will the engine have a much better longevity with silacone coolant seals and 2mm heavy duty hurley seals and springs. Will this be a much more reliable set up to take the rotary over 100k miles if taken care of properly but with some spirited driving? If so how much are these parts gonna cost me? Also a quick question, how much does a mild street port take off the engine life and how much hp, trq will you gain on a stock rx7?

I don't think rebuilds with those modifications (silicone coolant seals, improved oil flow, 2mm Hurleys) have been around long enough for people to know yet whether they'll extend life to 100k and beyond. Plus, most people getting that kind of rebuild are modding the car. Anytime you increase the power output of an engine, you're going to be reducing it's lifespan. I don't think the question is really answerable at this point.

True, but then again there are people popping their 10-20k rebuilds. One guy popped his rebuild within like 2k miles

well i would think it would last longer. especially the silicone seals. If they were stronger of course it would make the engine last longer due to the fact of it not failing. But if anybody knows the price on those parts that would be great!
