Rich = Knock??

Just want to know if you can cause knock readings by running to rich?
I know they happen from running to lean

I suppose it's possible, but I think you'd have to run some really advanced timing to cause that or have some crappy gas.

Fouling spark plugs, excessive carbon deposits, catalytic converter damage, compression loss, environmental pollution, bad gas milage.....

Should I go on?

Running slightly rich is to prevent detonation (blowing up the engine) by cooling the combustion chamber with the excess fuel at the expense of all the negative conditions mentioned.

It's hard to say what is a "normal" knock reading. Each car is different. From what I've read, the knock sensor is just a "Microphone" that "listens" for engine detonation. A loose knock sensor could report different or excessivley high knock readings. With that being said, you should get to know what knock reading level is "normal for your car" and go from there. My car's normal readings are around 37 just cruising off boost. 29-35 at WOT. And higher when shifting under WOT.

Yeah that what I though, I'm very worried about detonation because I have had one go to this before, the reason I'm asking is because I had the car running sweet but I decided to upgrade the injetors and I've got 850cc all round now, I know it's running rich, but I have set it up correctly with the datalogit.

I am getting high knock readings though, & I know a lot of people say to ignore them, it never use to have any hight knock readings & the other thing it makes is a high pitch pinking sort of noise as soon as I get to about 6psi of boost, I can't floor it.

It wouldn't be running "rich" if you set up the datalogit properly....

I would suspect a problem with your injector install, either physically or with the PFC settings. When you upgraded to four 850cc injectors, were the "new" 850s tested? How did you modify the primary fuel rail? Post your PFC/datalogit injector settings.
