Hiya,

I am trying to convert my right reverse light into a fog light (as it is the law to have one fitted to all cars here in the UK).
I have searched this forum & looked through the body electrical manual and cannot find what I'm after.

How would you recommend going about this conversion?
I guess the wire emerges in the trunk, but I assume it pairs with the other reverse light before this point? Meaning I have to run new wires through somewhere?
I have purchased a FD rear fog switch to put into my centre console.

Any help would be much appreciated

Ok - I've bought a fog light switch (not sure if its front or rear). And I found that although my car does'nt come with front or rear fog lights, there is a plug for this switch in the harness.
How far does the wiring go? Where to pick it up? etc.

Heres a pick of the plug coming from the harness (I suspect its front fogs, But cant hurt to ask!)


I've searched through the body electrical manual etc for a schematic with no luck.

I cant be the only person that has done this!

I've just checked the symbol & its a front fog switch.
I presume I can still use this for the rear though.
Where can I pickup the wiring?

There is a reverse light switch on your tranny right under the shifter well, a little towards the front. I don't know how you'd wire it but those are the wires responsible for turning on the reverse lights.
