I got my AFRs tuned good for any psi up to 21 psi, so I think I would be okay, but someone else would need to tune or check the AFRs if they start boosting more than ever in the past, or turn down the boost back to the same psi as before, but if they push more air volume at the same psi then you would need to have a wideband to check the AFRs and add some fuel if needed.
