CA Resetting the Tach?

Ran into a small issue. I was wiring up the tach signal this past weekend from my EMS-4. I was putting a pull up resistor to get the correct value for the tach. I think i used the wrong one and it's now pegged at 9k. Is there anyway to reset it?

Anyhelp would be appreciated. I couldn't find anything under search.

It can be flipped to the opposite end of the scale. Easiest way would be to pull the instrument cluster off, remove the "glass", and flip the needle with your finger to the other side. Done and done.
