Replacing Stock Turbos

I am replacing my stock turbos, what parts should I replace while doing so. (Gaskets etc.)

Probably main anything in the exhaust and check the condition of the manifold for cracks. If there are REALLY bad ones maybe think about filling them in.

From: My 350Z Roadster kicks my RX7's butt
gaskets, water hoses to turbo, nuts if they don't have bite left, studs if bad, heat coat at least down pipe and try exhaust manifold and turbo manifold, if not do the heat shields with the DP.
