Replacing stock FPR/FPD with an aftermarket one

I have my UIM/LIM off now replacing a gasket due to an exhaust leak and decided to pull the injectors have them cleaned and replace the FPD. After comparing prices of the stock FPD and aftermarket FPR are there any adverse effects of removing the stock FPD/FPR and replacing it with an aftermarket Aeromotive or SX FPR?. Does anyone know if the vacuum/boost rise ratio for the stock FPR is 1:1? I'm keeping the stock ECU and wanted to know how much an aftermarket FPR would screw with the fuel maps.
