Replacing gaskets

My FD recently developed an exhaust leak, presumably from the block to manifold gasket.

I decided to replace all three gaskets(block to mani, mani to turbo, turbo to dp).

I have ordered the gaskets, but i also want to replace the hardware with high quality studs and nuts/bolts.

What sizes would i need of these, and how many of each, and where?

I am also going to clean out the threads before installing the new fasteners, and am wondering, what size tap/die i would need?

This is a bit new to me as far as replacing fasteners and cleaning threads out. Any tips to go along with this?

I would direct these questions to Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda. He probably knows all the hardware part numbers and could also help you with tap sizes.
