Replacing Engine Harness

Replacing Engine Harness
Hello,
So I recently bought the 13b replacement harness for single turbo from rywire, almost got the old harness out except for 2 wires, a ground connected under what I think is the coils? Not exactly sure I’ll try to take a picture tomorrow but it’s the plugs on top of the engine that have the blue rubber and also having trouble taking out the wire connecting to the transmission, for that I was thinking going under the car but I couldn’t get to it today, would going under the car work? Thank you!

The block ground does bolt to the rotor housing under the coil packs. That should be easy to get to, the coil pack bracket is just a few 10mm nuts holding it in place.
The trans wiring you will have to get to under the car, there's about 3-4 connectors total to unplug. There are little metal hooks that bend around that harness along the top of the transmission to hold it in place, just bend them up to free the harness. Also a good idea to use the same thing to secure the new harness.

the wiring seems a bit long, but thats fine, keep in mind its for a single turbo with no emissions, so u can route the harness how ever u want at least with the rats nest gone. you need to reuse your old firewall bushing/boot, or buy a new one and get it on there, which is a bit tricky.
