Question Replacing bulbs in the dash

Hey everyone,
I'm having a serious time trying to get the cluster out to replace the bulbs. Anyone have a step by step solution to this? I tried for an hour after removing the lower dash section, then taking the screws out of the bottom of the top section. started to remove it but had to take off the plastic shield on the steering wheel. once i achieved this i would get the section attached to the cluster moved about 1 inch and then it would hang up. tried finding a screw that might have been still attached but to no avail. This thing is a serious bitch, and all for a little damn light! Any help would be appreciated.
Also having trouble with taking the cover off the luggage light to replace the bulb, and also don't know why but I don't get buzzers on any of my systems like seatbelt etc. and the alarm doesnt work. possibly a fuse?
Sorry for all the questions but it is giving me a serious headache.
Thanks again guys,
Jeff

About the dash lights...

If you have the screws out of the bottom and the cluster movable your almost done....I just loosen the two bolts underneath the steering column to drop it about an inch to get the cluster out a little easier.

Then you need to pull out the cluster gently. The cluster and top cowling are connected and the cowling is attached just with spring clips...so a forceful pull is all that is needed. However, don't pull to hard you just need to release it to allow you to reach behind the cluster and unplug the connections. You need to unplug the one for the pop up lights, cruise (if you have one) then there are 4 plugs going to the cluster itself.

Finally, the bulbs are in these little twist off holders...just twist and they pop out...once out, just pull the bulb out of the holder and try to find a match at Autozone...
