replacing a 92' engine with 99'

Hi,
I just bought from Japan a right hand fd 99'model build up by Feed 470 hp and everything is perfect under the hood so i want to install the engine with it's componets also have the f-con ecu , my car is left hand and 92' model , i must change all the hurness with the 99' or change the hurness that concerns only the 99 'engine?
p.s Thank you for your answer Supernaut but my engine componets are in bad condition.
