Replacing the 3rd Gen stock fog light bulbs

With super white bulbs or any other aftermarket brighter bulbs. Has anyone done this? Know where one would find more info about doing this? Website? Thanks.

It's real easy. you just pull off the stock foglights (1 phillips screw), and disconnect the wire harness. I used the piaa h1 replacement super white bulbs. I used the same wattage (~35 watts I believe). Took 10 minutes.

eric

oh, it was a big increase in light output, but the stock bulbs were old and yellowing.

TSCHANGRX7: what seats do you have?

Hey tschangrx7,
Those seat in your pic look pretty bad ***, what kind of seats are those? Are those just re-covered stock ones? I've been looking for some red and black seats for my 95 rx7. Drop me an E-mail and let me know.
Thanks, Kevin (KEMRX7@aol.com / KEMRX7--->AIM)

Alright, here is what you need. I purchased these lights (H3 is the replacement size) at Plasmalights.com I was skeptical at first but these lights look extremely white with NO blue tint to them whatsover. They use the stock wattage but put out 100 watts of light. Just email them and tell them that you would like to get a set of H3's at their Ebay price of $9.99. Yes, they are cheap as dirt but are excellent lights. I have had mine for about 8 months now and they look great. Look white as opposed to that yellow look of the stock lights. Let us know what you end up getting.

BTW, they are listed as $69 on their website but if you tell them you want them at their Ebay price it's only $9.99. Go figure, this just shows how much these bulbs really cost.

badass: My wing is the Type II Rear Wing from Racing Beat

Red95T-Rex and 5inchfatlip: My seats are custom made leather seats made by a company called Katzkin, center is yellow leather, black leather on the outside. The original black leather was wareing out. The headrest has the word 'Pure Art' engraved on it in yellow, which is also my license Plate .
