Question Replacement A-pillar Gauge Mount?

in the autometer catalog/website they sell complete A-pillar replacements for gauges.. to my dismay they sell them for a couple of other turbo cars except the rx-7. they make do with pods that you drill into your existing A-pillar. since parts are hard to come buy i dont want to drill my only A-pillar. does anyone else make something like this?

double sided stickey tape seems to work pretty good. i found some at home depot that can hold 5 lbs, i put one peice of tape on the door and then one on the gauge pod, i then stuck them together the it seems to be holding good. my brother has a double gauge pod and it seems to hold good. im gonna do it to mines as soon as it comes.

good luck
