Replace stock coolant gauge w/dual function ?

Any downsides with replacing the stock coolant-temp gauge with a dual-function Boost / Coolant-temp gauge (with peak recall) ?

Has anyone done it before ? If so, what gauge did you use?

I'm thinking of the SPA Techniques one found here:

It really isn't a good idea to have boost as a digital display. You really need an analog display for boost - that shows you the boost pattern and trends much easier. Real important when troubleshooting or monitoring the stock twins.

Also, the install in the stock cluster isn't easy - it's pretty invasive to put it in that spot.

Get a regular analog boost gauge.
