my thoughts:

jackstands/blocks
fuel stabilizer
mold inhibitor (where do you buy this... autozone?)
disconnect battery

what else am i forgetting? When i get back its going to be a little work getting her running again isnt it? do the hoses get brittle and stuff?

 

For that long you probably want some sort of cylinder (rotor) fogger. To prevent surface rust on internal parts. Esp. in Florida.

 

Pay someone you trust to go and start it up and let it warm up once a month, and change the fuel every six. Put it on jackstands and remove the wheels, and cover them.

If you have access to a climate-controlled facility, it would be well worth the extra $$$.

Or, you could buy one of those sealed "car bags". You can find them in ritzy car magazines, like the DuPont Registry.
