repair / rebuild seat bolsters

I'm getting ready to re-cover my seats, but I'd like to rebuild / repair the driver's seat bolster that is missing some foam.

How does one successfully repair this, other than dropping them off at a upholster's shop ?

TIA,
:-) neil

the seat cover company should be able to provide you with some foam blocks and then it's up to you, cutting and glueing. Make sure the glue does not 'eat' the foam. The seat company should be able to provide that as well
