reomving stock twins

had a quick chat with a mate of mine and i was wonder how big or messy of a job is it to remove the stock twins to port the waste gate do u have to lift the engine ou or drop the sub frame have no idea how to do it so any help would be great

You don't have to lift the engine or drop the subframe to remove the stock twin turbos. However, it's not a small fee the first time you do it. Estimate around 3-4 hours for removal time for the first time doing the process. This thread will show you the bolts needed to remove the stock twins as they are hard to locate with the engine in the car:

yeah it is not very hard to remove them I have done it so many times I could probably do it with my eyes closed.
