Question removing wiper blade arms~!~!

how do i remove the wiper blade arms? mine are rusting/fading and i would like to take them off and spray them black again. thanks

Un bolt them

and Swimg them out, as in towards the front of the car. Like you would at a car wash to wash the windshield, and that will unlock them.

At the bottom of the arm, there is a cap that you can pull off to expose the bolt. Unbolt it and the whole arm comes off.

Just a thought? I had to use a gear puller after taking the bolt off to get one of my arms off when I sprayed mine! Guess it should have been done earlier....
