Removing Flapper Door cause boost issues?
Ive removed my Flapper door since Im full Non Seq. and smoothed out the manifold and ported the WG with a dremel.
Before my engine goes back in, I was wondering if you guys experience any boost issues with that door removed?
Looking at the way the stock TCA door is when pulled open, it still vents air away from the wastegate area.
I wonder if you guys with non seq setup are experience unusual boost creep even with ported wastegates

I never did until I got everything completely opened up. With full exhaust, and stock intercooler, I never had problems. When I put my crooked willow intercooler on, it went nuts. As is, typically, in third gear, on a cold day, I've hit 1.07 Kg/Cm2 by 7,000 rpm. Not very comfortable. They way I've been controlling things is to have my boost controller on until 4,500, and then have it turn off. The boost drops 1lb at 4,500, and starts climbing after that. I'm going to try to put an intake restriction in, either restrictive filters, or a plate.
