Removing Air Pump, what pulleys to go with

I'm thinking of removing my air pump mainly to free up a little room under the hood. I was going to get an underdrive kit to replace at least the WP and alternator pulleys. Any suggestions on pulley kits, and if they come with a belt or if the belt is easily obtainable (ie a common belt found at parts store) Any opinions or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Grant

GReddy works with removing the airpump.

The only thing i've found with the GReddy Pully kit is that with an smaller aftermarket main pulley it becomes are to find belts that are the right size and are the full 5 ribs. I've been using a 3 rib for sometime now without issues.

do you have to remove the acv too when you get rid of the airpump? or they have nothing to do with eachother?

You don't have to remove the ACV, but it won't be doing anything without the airpump. Some people just leave it there so they don't have to deal with resistors/block-off plates.

I'm not using a pulley kit, and I've eliminated the airpump. I found a 30", 4-rib belt.

Bringing this back from the dead...

Can anyone varify that a 30" belt will suffice for driving the alt and waterpump off the main pulley? Also since the airpump will no longer be there will the waterpump have enough 'contact' with the belt to be driven without slipping or anything.. ?

I was looking at it and it would seem to me a 30" belt would be too much.
