REMOVEL OF "AIR CONTROL VALVE"

i installed an air pump eliminator pully kit and blocked the two pipes, one for air intake and one leading to the air control valve. after installation i noticed a noise coming from the back of the intake manifold, possibly the area were the air control valve is located. is there anything else that needs to be done when it come to the removal of the air pump? and if so , am i doing any damge by running the car with just the two pipes capped?

What kind of noise? Are you losing boost? Did you check the CRV and ABV? Without the air pump and ACV, there shouldn't be any air moving around back there.
