Removed a flappper from Y pipe.

Hey guys, i was wondering... I removed the flapper that connects to the TCA... I think thats what it is atleast, oh well, it no longer works since I went non seq, and I decided to just remove the unit and the flapper inside... Do I need to leave this in or can I just weld that bitch shut, better yet... Do they make a block off plate for it that I could order??

THe part im talking about is located on the Y pipe

Thanks,
Greg

My mechanic removed the shaft and had the holes welded up before polishing the pipe.
