It is possible to replace engine harness from the top with out lift up the car?
How hard it is?
One more question
I have remove all the screws who hold vaccum rack but I am afraid to disconect the fuel lines because the gas run out what I can do to take out the rack safely ?

I just went through this problem. You can actually grab them from the drivers side of the car with needle nose vice grips and the screws will come loose. I heard the screws have lock tight on them from the factory and thats why there are such a bitch to get off. Once mine were off and the rack removed i replaced them with allen head screws. There's a link to it somewhere I'm not the first to replace the screws altogether.

Yes it can be done without lifting the car, if everything goes as planned.
The issue with the vacuum rack is real: if you want to avoid the little screws, you must disconnect the fuel lines. If you want to avoid disconnecting the fuel lines (and a really sturdy set of pliers like electricians' pliers work well), you need to loosen the screws.
I would remove the fuel lines and take the rack out as one piece. You can buy a big shallow metal pan for a few bucks and slide that under the car to catch any fuel.
