Anyone know how to remove and re align the front bumper, headlights and front fenders? My Driver side is a little out of whack and my headlight is catching something. Let me know.

my passenger side looks warped and not as smooth as my driver's side, as if the bumper skin wasn't wrapped correctly. anyone else have this symptom? what's going on?
see the following pictures for example:
notice the wavy part on the left side (passenger side). weirdness.

heat and sun cause the urethane to warp. I don't think you can really fix it, except maybe filling it and sanding it down. Hey, it's an excuse to get a new front end.

mine also has a minor wave on the driver side that you can see in some light, but not as the yellow one above. Any body shop people have an answer on how to fix it. I'm hoping for a simple fix light heating the area with a hair dryer and reshaping it

To keep weight low, there was some small styrefoam blocks holding it up. Only a few were used. Warpage seems to occur between these. Maybe if you can heat it up with a heavy duty hair dryer or paint removal blowdryer, you may be able to support it by placing other pieces of foam under it and across it. Something else that may work is some expandable foam, but it expands at uncertain rates and causes a big mess.
