i was wondering how the hell you get the tail lights off. or how you remove the bulbs... in the rear hatch i took those three screws that hold that plastic piece and thers a metal under it.. and i cant see any screw or nuts to remove.

The easiest way I found was to remove the plastic cover from the taillight (you have already done this) there are two screws holding each light at the top and in the middle there are three clips in each light. If you try to pry/pull it towards yourself (assuming you are standing behind the car) there is a high chance of braking the tabs on the light that hold those clips then remove the center piece and you'll be able to see the nuts holding the middle piece in place. Take the middle piece off, be careful there is a connector for the 3rd brake light. Then carefully and slowly push the tail light from where the third brake light was towards the outside of the car (if you are standing behind the car and facing it, push the drive's side light left, and for the passenger's side push the light right). I hit it with my hand a little and it pops right out. Does this make sense, It would be a lot easier to explain with a picture.

1. Remove the center part (3rd brake light)
2. Remove the screws on the top of the tail light (holding the plastic covers and
the taillights.
3. Push the taillight from where the light blue line is in the pic in the direction of
the yellow arrow. Make sure to hold the light at the other side (where the turn
signal is so that you don't drop it and damage the paint).

4. To install the lights back, align the tabs on the light with the clips on the car and push the tail light back in the opposite direction than in the pic until the light snaps in, install the middle part and put the plastic covers back on. When putting back the middle part I would make sure that it is centered right between the two taillights before tightening the nuts.

Hope this helps.

ghost-rider: Nice picture.

Hardest part for me was actually putting the lights back in, and not breaking off any of the tabs.

^^^I tried

The tabs are pretty thick and you can see the clips from the top, all I did was line it up and hit it a little with my hand and it snapped back in.

Don't be afraid of breaking things and nothing will break
