the shifter console has about 6 snap pieces on it. simply pull on it gently and they will pop out. panel pullers work great.

as far as the door panels are concerned.....there is a removable tab in the latch pocket. under it is a phillips screw. remove it. then, there are 3 or 4 phillips screws around the inside, underside, and backside of the panel itself. remove them, and lift up on the panel. it should slide right out. when re-installing it, ba careful to make sure that the window trim is in properly, or it will not fit right....

I will add that the bottom and front and rear edges need to be pulled out slightly before lifting the door panel.

I would also add that you need to remove the panel that covers the external door handle the small triangle piece near the rearview mirror.

The passenger side is similar to the drivers side except one VERY Important thing. (if you have power windows). Behind the power window switch is a screw that need to be removed. Pry out the switch and it should pop out. Then look into the hole in the handle and you will see a phillips screw. Lastly there is also the screw in the door handle cup that needs to be removed and one large screw hidden behind a plastic cap. The cap is located below the handle about 6-8 inches down. Remove the cap and there will be a phillips screw. Hope this helps

Most people don't know about the screw behind the window switch and end up ripping out the handle from the door panel.

yeah that power window switch confuses alot of people. its actually really easy though. i also pulled the plastic cover that covers where the outside door handle is. after u pull the center console theres 4 screws holding the boot on, very simple.
