removal the dash harness at the door

Is there anyway to remove the connector between the dash harness and the door? I've been trying to remove it from the inside of the car and am having no luck. No Idea how it comes out. Any help would be appreciated.

Talking about the one going through the door jamb? If so, looks like a standard latching type...been a long time since I've played around there though.

there is a red "lock pin" you need to push-in before removing the actual connector

Or maybe push out
It's been a while me too but I remember that
