Lightbulb Reliable power w/ stock injectors

Just wanted some opinions about a safe operating boost level until I get a stand alone and larger injectors. Maybe even some feedback on your injector duty cycle if you have similiear mods w/ the ability to read your duty cycle.thanks.G
My power mods...
New ported and polished engine from Pettit w/ stock hi-flow blueprinted turbos.
Intake, power pulleys, down, mid and catback(3 inch all the way)
greddy FMIC
Greddy profec B boost controller
Pettit Unlimited ECU

Well with your mods! What do you have to control boost spike? With a mid pipe your likely to see it in cold weather. 12PSI IS THE SAFE BET (take into account boost spike), after that your gonna need to uprate your fuel pump and injectors.

Regards...

Thumbs up

I am controlling boost w/ a Greddy Profec B and a ported wastegate...Car is not ready so I do not know the success (if any) of the modded wastegate hole( enlarged to 1.25 inch) on creeping. I had bad creep w/out a ported wastegate before(set at 12psi and would creep to 15psi in 4th gear)..G

I also popped my old motor when it was set at 12 psi (in cold weather...) I did not see anything abnormal when the motor popped (@WOT). Boost gauge read 12 to 13 psi when BLAM. It had 60 k with proper mods.Maybe it was just at its time..?? I am also having my injectors looked at to see if that may have caused a lean condition..G.

I have every possible bolt on(stock eng.,injectors/turbos) and run pettits stage 1 ecu @13.5-14 lbs lbs for 1/4 mile only
Over 30 runs no problem best @12.3 116mph w/drag radials. I always use 96 octane for boost over
12.5.Two things helped profec b(controlled spike)and believe or not a free flow cat kept boost
creep at bay.I ran w/o the free flow cat(midpipe) and didn't run faster which was a real surprise.

Remember that low octane fuel/too much timing advance will cause that too.
