The reliability shopping list
I like the plugs/wires, fc thermoswitch, gauges, downpipe with o2 and fpd. Maybe some fuel system cleaner through the tank, flush main fluids, test your battery and check your tires and brakes.
The rest seems like overkill. 62k miles is low, if the car was driven every month or so and stored indoors id inspect everything and only replace things that are broken. You are surely going to have an issue with the car if you install those 30 things at once and it could be less reliable than now with all the tinkering.
I ran a stock radiator on my 94 with a T66 without issues at high boost. The radiators don't explode. That's why warning gauges with lights or buzzers are helpful
A perspective from a guy that used to do it the way you are until I realized its expensive and a lot of hard work and that you may be punished for doing it even with the good intentions.
Not to be negative, your maintenance program may work out perfectly.
