Reliability on a rebuilt motor?

Assuming a good shop does the rebuild, and im dropping a new turbo kit on the car, what would my reliability be on the car? It would be a daily driver.. and assuming I dont beat on it, could I get a good year or two out of it without major problems?

Both questions are covered in the faq.

"Dropping a new turbo kit": assuming you actually made the mods to properly run a different turbo setup (it's far from being as simple as "dropping" it in), will reduce engine life. All HP increases decrease engine life, and roughly in proportion to the hp increase.

To find out more, run a search for "engine life reliability" and skim through the results. We don't need to re-hash it here/now.
