Assuming Hacienda Heights is in the US, yes, you'd have serious trouble.
It's been hotly debated whether it's possible at all, and whether the few that are brought in have fraudulent papers. Check the FAQ for links or run a search for keywords like "legal importing", and you'll find plenty to read.
